Celebrate the Oscars- Tonight the Academy Awards,Oscars, honor our own, Mo’Nique, Morgan Freeman, Lee Daniels and newcomers Gabourey Sidibe. It is time we support our own, as Mo’Nique always says on her Late night show, and you can see that she does. So we need to take some time out of our day and support those that need our support at the moment. Put aside whatever it is you don’t like about these two and focus on what this honor means for our community and for the generations before that were not honored. The Academy Awards airs tonight, Sunday March 7, on ABC at 8:00 PM EST. Tune in as we continue to make history.
