In the newest move, the leading telecom service operator of country, Airtel, has rolled out a fresh data plan that has a price tag of just Rs 5. The data plan of Rs 5 came just days post the company rolled out plan of Rs 8 for prepaid user.
The Rs 5 plan of Airtel is for prepaid customers and it provides customers 4 GB of 4G Internet data. On the other hand, the expiry of this data is just for 7 Days. In addition to this, the prepaid plan of Rs 5 is accessible for 4G SIM cards only. Also, the plan of Rs 5 is also a single-time scheme. Also cited is that once 7 Days are over, the Internet data will not be carry forwarded. The firm additionally stated that new SIM card users need to opt for the plan within 54 Days of the acquirement of a new SIM. The current prepaid customers of Airtel can also benefit the scheme. Additionally, the company also rolled out a new plan with a price tag of Rs 399. Below this plan, the company is providing limitless STD and local calls paired with 84 GB Internet data with a validity time frame of 84 Days. As per the official website of the company, once a consumer drains out her/his limit of 1,000 Minutes then she/he will strained Rs. 0.30 per minute for calls made to other operators and Rs 0.10 each minute for Airtel to Airtel calls.
Reliance Jio also has a plan having a price tag of Rs 399 with a validity period of 84 Days. Below its Rs 399 tariff scheme, Jio gives consumers limitless free calling, limitless SMSs, and 84 GB of Internet data with an FUP limit of 1 GB of Internet data each day.
