The rumors of the Hyundai i30 had created a huge chaos among the followers. Especially in India where there is a huge fan enthusiast of Hyundai.
The South Korean carmaker finally disclosed its i30 fastback and it will be soon on sale. Though the automaker plans to launch it by next year along with a station wagon and hatchback variants, there are hardly many days left.
Coming on to the specification, the cars come with engine choices such as 1.0-Liter three cylinder turbocharged engine that reaps out 118 BHP and the other 1.4-Liter four-cylinder engine produces 138 BHP. The engine is mated with manual gearbox along with the optional dual-clutch transmission.
The safety features will come with a huge package, which includes driver attention alert, lane keeping assist system, rear cross traffic alert, advanced smart cruise control, blind spot detection, optional pedestrian detection, autonomous emergency braking, and high beam assist system. The interiors are kept similar to that of i30 hatchback with an integration of Apple Carplay and Android Auto infotainment system.
The design factor is what makes the car stand apart from its siblings. The squat rear design gives a glimpse of authenticity in sedan and appears like evocative of coupes from leading automakers. Hyundai recently pulled off the cover of its new i30N hatchback. It is a first car that is developed and designed by N sub-brand, which is high in performance.
The Hyundai i30N under the hood is equipped with 2.0-Liter turbocharged four cylinder engine that reaps out 271 BHP of power and 353NM of torque. The whole power distribution is done through the 6-speed manual gearbox with four wheel drive transmission. The amount of power that is generated takes the i30N from 0 to 100 Km/H in just 6.4 seconds. In addition, this timing was decreased after the installation of rev-matching function and launch control. There are five different modes to choose from and electronically operated suspension as well. The top speed of the car is 250 Km/H that can be controlled electronically while using the performance pack.
As per the report, it has been indicated that the Hyundai i30N might be launched with a price ranging between Rs 7 to 9 Lakh.
