The only tough rival to Fitbit in the industry, Garmin introduced new watch in India enabled with GPS system. The new Forerunner 35 comes in various colors—Limelight, Black, White, and Frost Blue. With a price tag of Rs 15,990, the watch is exclusively available on Paytm only.
With its elegant design, the watch already wins our heart at the first sight. The smartwatch has a built-in heart rate sensor used to analyze the heart rate. It is also capable of measuring the speed and distance along with calories burned while running. Along with this, the smartwatch has the traditional feature of music controls and smart notifications. With its sleek and slim design, the smartwatch features a full HD high-resolution display as well.
The new Forerunner comes with multiple profiles for sports, which include cycling running, cardio, and walking activities. Virtual pacing progress, vibration alerts for running prompts, incoming calls, activity tracking milestones, texts, calendar events, and emails are the part of extra features that are integrated in the smartphone.
With the help of companion Connect Mobile app, the new smartwatch automatically syncs with the smartphone. Users can exchange their workout details with their friends with the help of Live Track feature. They can also connect to fitness dares in the app to track and set aims, analyzing training progress as well as share actions with other users.
Well for a price of 16K, the Forerunner 35 is worth buying. Although the smartwatch has all the features, which are expected, we have just one concern. Is it a necessity?
