Volvo and its Chinese owner Geely are getting ready to produce and export more premium cars in the worldwide market.
Volvo recently introduced upgraded versions of its S90 Sedan range. It will be produced wholly in China and is available for export. This step shows increasing trust of the company in its Chinese production base.
A super luxury version of the new car has a touchscreen console along with more spacious backseat. CEO of Volvo told media that the company has a stable production base in China and it is all set to grow further in the market.
The new plant of the company will manufacture Volvo’s new 40 series based on CMA platform. This system is being used in Lynk & Co vehicles too.
