P. Diddy reportedly owes New York City almost one million dollars in fines for illegally placing promotional posters all around the city. According to DigitalSpy.com, there are “thousands of people and companies that collectively owe $1.9 billion to the city of New York.”
Among these people are Doug E. Fresh, Mickey Rourke’s plastic surgeon and Remy Ma’s defense lawyer. According to the Big Apple’s finance commissioner David Frankel,
We are going to find these people. We’re going to turn them upside down by their ankles and we’re going to shake them until the money comes out of their pockets.
Sounds pretty serious!
