Concert Promoter Getting away with Millions

Miko Dion Wade of Dezert Heat Entertainment of Arizona has been brought up on federal charges for cheating investors out of millions of dollars. Wade was setting up phony concerts, counterfeit checks, and receipts  in order to make millions for personal gain.

He has duped many artist such as 50 cent, G-Unit, Mariah Carey, Shakira and the list goes on. Dion has used the Ponzi scheme to scam hundreds of investors to generate large sums of money for himself.

Artist’s have said that he promised them return and compensation from ticket sales but they never were repaid and the investments were used for other purchases instead of materials for the shows.

It is said that Wade was able to sack about 3 million dollars from his scam to create a lavish lifestyle of cars, jewelry, homes and a yacht.
