This is a heart felt song McCoy speaks of saving lives one at a time by helping those in need thereby change a life. Many wish to change the world and it may seem impossible since the world is so big but if we as individual step up and just help another person then they can do the same for someone else one by one.

This song reminds me of a the Black Eyed Peas song ‘Where is the Love’ that we as people can not just sit around and talk and discuss the situations in the world such as poverty, war, conflict, and strife but to reach out a helping hand.
